In Tandem

These beautiful birds were flying in such a coordinated fashion that they reminded me of an old married couple dancing like they have been doing thus for decades. I created the painterly effect to isolate the birds and their gracefulness.

I do like the hi-key painterly look. This is the perfect type of image for that aesthetic!

It was a real pleasure going through your work! A real feast for the retinas! I voted on nearly all of it. I’m guessing with the ink in water series (given the random nature of how the ink will disperse in the water) that you have to shoot hundreds and then whittle it down..!
