The striped chimney

I admire the way that clouds can be a part of an overall picture. What caught my eye on this specific location, were the vertical lines on the fence's columns and the parallel red and white stripes on the chimney. Also the cloud on the upper part of the picture seemed to have a connection with the smoke that was coming out of the chimney.
