An old Yale padlock with lock picks, in black and white. This was the first photo I took when I received my DSLR as a gift. I had one about 15 years ago, but it ended up being stolen. Back then I never got out of auto mode. As a locksmith, I have plenty of locks and lock picks laying around. I particularly liked the texture and shackle on this one. I grabbed those and a mat I use when I pin locks to keep anything I drop from rolling or bouncing away.
It’s actually not really possible to pick the lock open with the pick shown, but it made for a good picture.
