My name is Chase Hirt, and I am a freelance photographer and cinematographer.

I first started photography at the end of high school with a borrowed DSLR and a tiny point-and-shoot camera. Teaching myself through Youtube tutorials, I was inspired to go out and take pictures of my local beaches and stunning California coastal scenery.

Eventually, I acquired my first "real" camera and continued to develop my portfolio fine-art landscapes and seascapes. I even sold multiple prints of my work in a local gallery!

My first love for nature photography remains my favorite, since I can always find solace and connection in the natural world.

Now a sophomore at Colgate University on the east coast, I operate my company, Imaginaire Media, to pursue my creative passion as a business.

I have exanded my skills in the photographic arts to include portraiture, scale model still life, cinematography, and more.

In the coming years, I look forward to continuing to explore many styles and genres of photography and developing my budding business.
